Turnaround

Turnaround is five working days from date of order. Please allow five working days then shipping time. You can "Rush Order" if you require your order faster you can skip the que.

PLEASE NOTE choosing Express Postage does not mean your order is created faster. Express Shipping means your order will be shipped faster.

Postage

We use Australia Post to ship all our products. All parcels are tracked postage and you will receive a tracking number.

You can track your parcels at TRACK MY PARCEL

Please allow two to three days for standard post and next day delivery for Express parcels. Please check with Australia Post for any change in postage times here.

How to order

To order lettering simply choose what size you wish your lettering to be.

We make the lettering according to the length you choose first then the height. Please Note height may differ slightly to choosen height due to font being of different heights. If you need a specific height add notes to seller in the checkout to ensure correct size.

Then add your wording to the wording/text box. Choose your colour fromt he colour chart then press preview to see what your lettering will look like.

When you are happy with your lettering choose your qty and add the lettering to the cart.
